In just a few short weeks we'll be traveling to France to visit the birthplace of Saint Julie Billiart, foundress of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, the founding order of Villa Julie College. During the trip, we will visit historic landmarks in France, Belgium, and Luxemborg as we retrace Saint Julie's travels across Europe. In addition to Cuvilly, Amiens, Namur, and Luxembourg City, we will also visit tourist favorites such as Versailles and Paris, while enjoying the culture and cuisine of these wonderful countries.
We hope to post updates several times throughout our trip, from April 16-28. Salut!
The College was founded by the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur at "Seven Oaks," an 80-acre estate in the Greenspring Valley.
